Mr. Wardell is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). This designation signifies that an individual has attained a high level of expertise in business valuations. Mr. Wardell also brings 27 years of beverage industry experience to Ippolito Christon as the former owner operator of Point Pleasant Distributors, a 2.6mm case SABMiller/HUSA/Diageo distributor on the coast of central New Jersey. Point Pleasant has been a Heineken Red Star tier #1 award winner, a four-time Miller Brewing High Life Achievement award winner and a two-time MillerCoor’s President’s Award winner. Mr. Wardell has experience integrating consolidated distributors, merging their cultures and financials, as well as ultimately marketing his own distributor and preparing it for sale. He is experienced with distributor business planning and operational strategies that result in improved integrated business systems and increased free cash flow and ROI. Ted also served as New Jersey’s delegate to the NBWA.
